FOOD ALLERGIES
At Sumac, we understand the importance of dietary needs and food allergies. We take care to honour requests and minimize the risk of cross-contact.

That said, our kitchen handles a wide range of ingredients, and despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens — either in our kitchen or before ingredients arrive.

Guests with severe allergies are encouraged to exercise their discretion and inform our team in advance. We are always happy to provide ingredient information and offer alternatives when possible.


SPECIFIC DIETARY REQUESTS
We can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free menus with advance notice.
Please note that alliums, salt, sugar, and vinegar are integral to our cooking and cannot be removed; in some cases, substitutions may mean omitting courses.

We’re a casual restaurant — come as you are.
